How Learning Boards Work

  • A designated person poses questions that appear on screens in common areas

    ANY question can be asked.  This creates shared learning around a topic valued by the organization.

    E.g. “What’s the most important thing you learned today?”

  • People text their responses to the screen and everyone learns from each other
